Welcome to your international student online application for admission to the Master of Business program.

To apply successfully you will need to:

1. Complete all (required) questions.
* You can save and close this application at any time and return to complete it via the Returning User’s link on the Apply Online page or visit https://student.uq.apply.studylink.com/ .
2. Attach supporting documentation.
* Scan your original official documents and save these onto your drive. You will be asked to attach these files to questions on the application form. The files you will be asked to upload will include:
o Academic transcript(s) of results, including a key/guide to the grading system(s) used;
o Awards/certificates/letters of completion;
o Official English language translations of documents not in English (these should be scanned with the original non-English language documents);
o Evidence of English language proficiency e.g. IELTS/TOEFL or other proof of English language proficiency accepted by UQ;
o Evidence you meet any additional entry requirements listed in the ‘At a Glance – Entry requirements’ section of the Program page e.g. referee reports, work experience. If you have not already checked the entry requirements for your program, return to the Program page now;
o If you have applied for and been granted a scholarship, you will be asked to provide official documentation from the sponsoring organisation showing the duration of the scholarship, what is paid for by the scholarship, and details of any restrictions on study.
* We recommend you upload all the files you will need using the My Documents page. You will then be able to select the existing file from the drop down list at the relevant question.
* If you have not attached a needed document for inclusion in your drop down list, you can browse for a file to attach and then click ‘upload,’ while at the question.
* Note: only one file can be attached at each question and the maximum file size for each question is 2048 KB. Documents should be A4 size if possible.
* If you need to use one document as evidence for two requirements e.g. academic entry requirements and also English entry requirements, please upload the document twice and give it a different description each time or, alternatively, save a word document with a note directing the Admissions Officer to the file that is attached at another question.
3. When you are ready to submit your application, check that the information you have supplied at each question is complete and correct.
* You will be asked to sign a declaration.
* If you have not answered a mandatory question, you will be prompted to provide a response and/or upload a file.
* To submit your application, you will need to pay the AUD$100 application fee by credit card via Travelex. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
* Your application will be submitted when payment has verified. You will then be able to save/print a PDF record of your online application for your reference. You will not be able to change your application details online after the application is submitted. You will need to contact the International Admissions Section directly to do this at applicationstatus@uq.edu.au.
* Please do not submit more than one online application. You can list up to two program preferences on the online application form. You will be considered for your second preference program in the event you are not eligible for admission to your first preference.
* Please allow at least ten (10) business days before contacting UQ to check the progress of your application.
* If you experience problems with your online application, please contact UQ at uqapplyonline@uq.edu.au .

If your application meets admission requirements, you will receive a conditional offer. To accept your offer you will be asked to provide certified/notarised photocopies of the original documents that you have scanned, plus any additional requirements or information specified in the conditional offer. You will also be asked to return your signed Agreement and Response to Offer (ARO) form, payment of a deposit for your tuition fees and payment of Overseas Student Health Cover (if applicable). UQ will provide the documents you need to apply for a student visa and enrol at UQ only after all these requirements are met.
